Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@freedsociety.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you. Email support@freedsociety.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@freedsociety.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Drop Policy
Because Freed Society releases in limited drops with no restocks, we strongly encourage you to review sizing carefully before purchasing. Size guides are available on every product page.
