Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@freedsociety.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Incorrect Address
